ABOUT US<\/strong><\/h2>\nMy name is Marinos Papadopoulos and I hold a Degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens. I also hold two Master\u2019s Degrees: an MSc in “STEM in Education”<\/strong> (Teaching Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Engineering) and an MSc in “e-Learning”<\/strong> from the Department of Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus.<\/p>\nFrom 2004 to 2013, I was actively involved in secondary education, teaching middle and high school students at the Secondary Education Center “To Mathima” as a Mathematics Teacher and partner. In 2013, I co-founded the Secondary Education Center “Ekpaideftiki Frontida”, where I served as Academic Advisor and High School Mathematics Teacher until 2016.<\/p>\n
Since 2015, I have been running the educational platform mathacademy.gr<\/strong>, offering specialized digital educational material (personal notes, textbooks, and videos) for all Middle\/High School grades and the IB program.<\/p>\nFurthermore, I have extensive experience in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum<\/strong>. From 2018 until early 2026, I taught at Geitonas School,<\/strong> where I also served as Head of the IBDP Mathematics Department<\/strong>. Since January 2026, I have been an IB-MYP Math Teacher at the Hellenic American Educational Foundation – Psychico College<\/strong>, while also serving as an official IB Diploma Examiner<\/strong>.<\/p>\nMy long-term teaching experience, combined with continuous professional development through annual specialized university seminars (covering Learning Difficulties, Educational Psychology<\/strong>, Artificial Intelligence in Education<\/strong>, and Digital Education<\/strong>), guarantees the optimization of every student’s learning outcomes. Through a personalized teaching approach tailored to the unique needs and learning profile of each student, along with our exclusive educational material, we ensure the achievement of their academic goals. After all, our students’ achievements and testimonials <\/strong>demonstrate that realizing your dream requires not only hard work, but also the right guidance.<\/p>\nBeyond the classroom, I strongly believe in dedication, perseverance, and continuous personal growth. In my free time, I am an active triathlete (Ironman) and marathon runner, and a member of the Greek GBI cycling team for charity. I am also a licensed professional lifeguard and hold a sailing license.<\/p>\n
